This document describes how to manage the website www.piabello.com (“site”), with reference to the processing of personal data of users (“user/users”) who consult it.

Type of data collected

If the user provides personal data of third party users, he must be sure that these subjects have been adequately informed and have given their consent. As regards particular categories of data entered in the contact form (by way of example and not limited to, information concerning health, racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, food intolerances, allergies), the treatment takes place pursuant to the art. 9 of the gdpr and therefore with the explicit consent of the user. It should be noted that the owner does not process particular categories of data unless strictly necessary for the provision of the service.

Categories of data recipients
personal data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:
- freelancers, studios or companies in the field of assistance and consultancy relationships;
- subjects that provide services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks;
- freight forwarders
- web platform managers (management software for sending newsletters);
- competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.
The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of data controller pursuant to art. 28 gdpr. personal data will be processed only by persons authorized by the owner, pursuant to art. 29 gdpr, due to their job or corporate role.
The data provided directly by the user are kept for the time strictly necessary to process the requests and to achieve the purposes of the processing, after which they will be kept only in execution of the legal obligations in force on the matter, for administrative and/or to assert or defend one’s rights.
Processing methods and security measures
Personal data is collected electronically, recorded in digital format, through the use of organizational and technical security measures designed to guarantee the protection of confidentiality and to avoid the risk of loss or destruction, unauthorized access, unauthorized processing permitted or not compliant with the above purposes. The data are not subject to profiling activities and solely automated processing.
Non-eu data transfer
The management and storage of data takes place on servers located in the European Union.
In that case, the transfer of extra-EU data will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions by stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or by adopting the standard contractual clauses envisaged by the European Commission.
