Who we are
Pianbello Cellar Wines is a private wine cellar that produces wine in bottles, the headquarters is located in Loazzolo, in the province of Asti.
The main wines produced are divided between white and red. Pianbello Wines is one of the Consortium of Alta Langa.
The Brand represents an image of a wolf and an inscription of the City of Loazzolo. Pianbello farm covers 60 hectares, of which 28 are vineyards.
The name “Loazzolo”, as stated on the back label of each bottle, comes from the Latin LUPATIOLUM (place where wolves roam) ancient Latin name of Loazzolo. And a Rio wolves flows right next to Cascina Pianbello (sheet 5, 8 cadastral cadastre municipal) where the family Cirio, who has years of farming history devoted entirely to the production of quality wine, trying to make the most of the resources that exceptional these lands offer, produces two generations the wines of Asti Langa and of Canelli.
