Brachetto d’Acqui


Grape: Brachetto.

Production area: vineyards typical of high hill in the restricted area D.O.C.G. – Acqui Terme.

Grape Harvest: mid-September.

Vinification: soft pressing of grapes, decanting of the must, temperature-controlled fermentation.

Ageing: in stainless steel tanks.

Colour: ruby red, with fine and creamy foam.

Smell: musky aroma, very delicate.

Taste: sweet with hints of berries, soft and aromatic

Temperature: 6-8 °C.

Pairings: ideal with cakes, chocolate and dried fruit.
